Do you want to be a fat controller?

I am looking for a group of people to take on a trial run of my new 28 day ‘ignite’ on-line fat loss program.  I have designed this program with the modern, busy woman in mind.

  • You hate looking in the mirror and have a wardrobe full of clothes you just can’t fit into!

Well I can help you but only if you promise the following:

  • You are going to commit yourself 100% to learning how to be a fat controller
  • You agree to fully engage and support the other members in the private facebook group.
  • You agree to engage in the unique ‘Fitstop’ workouts, daily walking, follow the ‘Fitstop’ food plan and share your measurements and progress within the group.
  • You will take before and after photographs so we can fully track your progress (this will be private)
  • You will learn some great fat burning recipes, workouts and habits that will give you the best start on this exciting fat loss journey.

I will work exclusively with the group for the entire 28 days.  Answering your questions, giving advice and motivation.  You will be expected to limit and avoid certain foods such as bread and alcohol but there will be so much food to choose from you will never go hungry!

If the answer is yes then how do you apply? 

This is available FREE to any previous participant of my original live/on-line fat loss program.  This is a trial and I want to use your testimonials and results to help me market this to new members.  The usual price of this program will be £97 (The whole 28 days with me for less than £4 a day!)

You will need to have access to facebook and the internet.  You will also need a set of dumbbells (click here to see how to know what weights to get) and a stopwatch or smart phone to time your workouts.  When you are ready, you can email me your reasons for doing this and what you hope to achieve.

  • Once you have signed up you will receive the links to the private and secret facebook group – this is where all the workouts and information is posted on a daily basis
  • You will get all the support, information, menus and motivational tools to help you every step of the way.  You will also receive the initial guide and details on shopping lists for your food and preparation.

Don’t worry – this is not an extreme, low calorie diet.  This program will merely help you understand your unique metabolism – after all we are all as different on the inside as we are on the outside.   This is a fat loss regime and NOT a weight loss diet.  Your food plan will contain plenty of wholesome, clean foods that will leave you full and satisfied and are foods and recipes that the whole family will enjoy!

What happens beyond the initial 4 week journey?

I have carefully planned and devised a maintenance program which will allow you to manage this way of life forever!  This journey never ends.  Your environment, body and mindset changes all the time and I want to show you how you can transfer and apply these newly acquired habits and sustain your new way of eating and exercising.
