Fitstop Protein Bars

  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of protein power (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/4 peanut butter (natural is best)
  • 1/4 cup of raw honey (or make a xylitol syrup with water)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries or any other dried berry such as Goji
  • 1/4 cup of almonds
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of apple sauce (homemade apples blended)
  • 1/4 cup of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl
  2. In a medium saucepan heat all the wet ingredients
  3. Then add to the dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Place in a greaseproof lined tin and use hands to spread evenly
  5. Chill in the fridge before cutting into 6-10 pieces.


It keeps for a week in the fridge
