  It’s fair to say that over the years I have tried and tested many different brands of sports wear. Through teaching and participating in fitness I have put many different brands through their paces and I ALWAYS without exception come back to the same brand every time. Fitness-Instruction-220x135 Sara Hana, MD of TLC Sport and founder has grown and nurtured the company over the last 25 years and this year TLC Sport has undergone a major re-brand. I think you will agree, the re-brand has put an already amazing company bang on trend.
