  • Sweet Chilli Jam
  • Ingredients
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 180g Xylitol
  • 75ml Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tspn Ginger 1
  • Can Tinned tomatoes

De seed the chillies and pepper, in a food processor blend the ginger, chilli, garlic and peppers into small pieces Pour into a sauce pan with the tinned tomatoes, vinegar and sugar Bring the sauce to the boil and reduce heat to a simmer

Cook for around 30 minutes stirring regularly to avoid the sauce catching Remove from the heat and leave to cool
