These are so easy and tasty!  Experiment with different cheeses.  I tried mint and feta recently and it was delicious! Serve with roasted vegetables and quinoa.



Turkey mince (1 pack)

1 red onion finely chopped and lightly sauted

1 small handful of ripped up basil leaves

Crumbled stilton cheese (approx 100g)



Make sure the onions are cooled.  Mix all the ingredients together.  Make small flat patties with the mixture and then lightly fry or grill until cooked through.  This also makes a great meat loaf if you use a silicone mould.
