Salmon Parcels and pesto potatoes

Salmon fillets: add fresh lemon juice, black pepper, some chilli flakes and grated ginger;

Wrap loosely in tin foil but seal all edges to make a parcel; bake in the oven for 15-20 mins.

Serve with a green salad with a splash of olive oil and balsamic, some sunflower seeds and a little grated parmesan.

If carbs needed/wanted: part boil some new potatoes, toss in home made pesto and bake in the oven for 15 mins.

Full of healthy omega oils and the chilli speeds metabolism and strengthens the immune system!
