Paleo Bread

  • Flaxseed
  • Almond flour (ground almonds)
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Coconut/olive oil
  • Salt

4 eggs and 3 tbls olive oil – whisk/beat

In a separate bowl:

1 and 1/3rd cup of flax meal

Add 2 1/3 cups of almond flour, 3 tsp baking powder and pinch of salt

Add together and mix well

Add a small amount of water as needed to get the right consitency (quite runny)

Grease the tin first
