Hurrah!  There is no cooking involved in this recipe!!  Watch me cooking this recipe for instructions.

It is full of fibre, protein, antioxidants and they are very filling.  And course contain plenty of chocolate!

1 1/2 cups of oatmeal

1/2 cup of flaxseed (mine had cocoa and berries ground in it too)

1 cup of chocolate protein powder,

1/2 cup of xylitol

2 chopped apples

1/4 chopped almonds

1/4 cup nut butter

1.4 coconut milk

1/3 cup of Goji berries

1/3 cup of raw coco nibs (you can use chopped dark chocolate too)

Experiment with other types of berries, fruit and nuts

Enjoy with a nice cup of green tea!  They keep in the fridge for up to a week.
